At Revive & Restore, we have many years of experience working on properties that have been neglected or simply need some life breathed back into them. Our work has included the restoration of homes both period and the more modern through to near-derelict estates. Our trade is more than a job to us. We have a deep appreciation for the restoration, conservation and preservation of period and historical buildings and feel honoured to be part of their history whether they be 400 or 40 years old. You will find we are a “family firm”, who pride ourselves on treating clients how we would like to be treated. We want to build a working relationship with you based on trust, with two-way communication throughout the project whilst treating you and your property with respect. Our team of employed expert craftsmen take exceptional care in their work and get great delight in the restoration and refurbishment of period, listed, timber-frame and historic buildings. They will use their skills and experience to complete high-quality finishes using both traditional and modern materials and methods.

At Revive & Restore, we offer a full design and planning service to progress your idea through those early vital stages. We will listen carefully and understand your needs before offering advice on designs, layouts, materials, finishes, heating and electrical infrastructures…through to lighting and interior colours. We will ensure that your project has all the necessary consents and permissions before we start. We have considerable experience with planning applications for listed buildings and an extensive portfolio of period, conservation and heritage projects.

Any building project can be problematic especially if you are dealing with an older property, but with our wealth of knowledge and experience, we know the types of problems these buildings throw up and how to tackle them.

• We can help you find an architect experienced in your type of project or work with an architect of your choice.
• We can source high-quality materials to tie in with/or reinstate the period features of your home’s era.
• We ensure that our building works meet building regulations/planning permission and listed building consent.
